Why is having a consultation before the wedding important?
It is crucial to meet you prior to the big day - so that we can assess
what type of style you want to achieve according to your personality
etc. We can also agree and record your trial makeup, so that you
can be asured you know what you are getting on your wedding day,
and it's one less thing to worry about!
What usually happens during a consultation? Dates are agreed.Â
We give a consultation as to what would suite your style best according
to your personality and dress. For best results we encourage you to
collect pictures of what you would like, so that we can adjust those
ideas to suite you. A hair trial is suggested so that the hair stylist can
understand you hair and consult you on what would suite your face
shape etc. Your bridesmaids makeup and hair will be discussed
and agreed on. Your makeup trial application will be noted,
photographed and agreed on, to guarantee you look amazing on your
wedding day.
What makeup brands and products do you use? MAC, Kryolan,
Lancome, Napoleon Perdis, Loreal Professionnel, Redken, Joico etc. of
which are all long lasting and kind to your skin. All our products are
kept germ free and our brushes sanitized so you dont have to worry.
Will my makeup last the whole day? Yes! A good primer and
professional makeup application with the right makeup for your skin
type can insure your makeup lasts for hours. Although we suggest
buying your own lipliner and lipstick or gloss as you might have to do
some occasional touch up's throughout the day or night.
I don't usually wear lots of makeup, or hardly any at all...
but I want to look outstanding - but without packing it on, how
does that work? You don't have to wear lots of makeup to look great,
its just about enhancing your natural beauty, putting the right colours
in the right places... correctly. As trained professional we are able to
assess the right things to do to make your dreams come true!
